This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior managers who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with specialised managerial skills and substantial knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations.


This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector and for a diversity of employers.



Entry requirements

Option 1 & 2: All students must be 18 years of age or over and international students must have a minimum IELTS band 5.5 or equivalent. The course is offered to both international and domestic students.


Option 1: Individuals may enter this qualification with limited or no vocational experience and without a lower level qualification.


Option 2 & 3: The units specified on the front of this brochure must be successfully completed prior to entering these programs (variations are negotiable)
